We dive inside the career of David Castro who has found a new gear this season to become one of Spain's top triathletes on the circuit, in an all-important Olympic qualification window. Castro says it's about taking each day at a time and putting all his energy into each race as they happen. Castro trains with triathlon royalty Javier Gomez and credits a great deal of his specific training and learnings to the legend himself. The Spaniard is focussed on qualifying for Spain for the next Olympic Games in Paris in 2024.
