2022 Arena Games Triathlon London Finals
2h 24m
World Triathlon has partnered with Super League Triathlon to bring you the first Arena Games Triathlon Series, three events (Munich, London, Singapore) and three opportunities to gather the precious points that will ultimately decide the first ever Triathlon ESport World Champions.
Each Arena Games Triathlon event is competed over heats and a final. Heats will see two stages of swim-bike-run, while, come the final, the fastest 10 pros of the day will race Super League’s unique Arena Games Triathlon format to decide a victor.
That means 3 short, sharp and unpredictable stages that all feature swim, bike and run. There is no respite for the athletes, and an added challenge in that the order of the disciplines is shuffled each time. A pursuit style start is adopted for the final stage each time they race. The swim (200m) takes place in an Olympic sized pool and the bike (4km) and run (1km) legs on static equipment with the racing realised in the virtual world of Zwift, the world’s leading online training and racing platform. This provides real-time, detailed data insights, allowing you to get closer than ever before to the competitors.
